Today in English I would firstly like you to create me a big star. This can be as creative as you want it to be – size and design wise. Try and keep it fairly star coloured, yellow, white, gold etc. It can simply be drawn on a sheet of paper, coloured and cut out. You might what to cover it in glitter, you may want to make a massive one with cardboard… It is totally up to you! You may want to do a big chalk one in the garden… the possibilities are endless! Hehee!
Then I would like you to start thinking of words to describe your star and create a ‘brainstorm’ with lots of adjectives, such as shiny, bright, reflective, yellow etc.
Finally, I have attached a lovely story about the 'Coronavirus' if you want to share it with your children. It has been illustrated by Axel Scheffler! It explains it all quite nicely, see what you think!
