Food- are you eating healthily? A balanced diet is key to good focus and health, leaving you feeling good and energised! Fruits and vegetables are a key part of keeping your immune system strong and protecting you from illness. Don’t forget the importance of staying hydrated! Having a glass or bottle of water beside you is a great prompt to ensure that you drink enough, if you want to or feel you need to, set yourself a timer or a challenge to ensure you have finished at least 2 pints a day!
