Happy Friday Year 3!
Wow, what a week it has been for us all! We are all so impressed with the work you have been sending in and it shows what fantastic mindsets you have!
I hope that you have all had a good week and have been enjoying the wonderful weather we have been getting! There have been a few videos of capturing girl mammoths and science experiments and pictures of walks you have been on, which we have loved seeing! Has anyone get anything exciting planned to do this weekend? I’ve ordered paint and paintbrushes as I want an wall art display (I have recently moved into a new house) so I am going to paint in the sun!
It has felt a bit weird being inside all the time, and not seeing everyone I usually see at school, so I am going to give Mr White, Mrs Phipps and Mr Austin as well as the rest of the Year 3 team a call to see what they have been up to! It is a really good idea to keep in contact with your friends as well, so why not give them a call or send them a picture of what you have been up to? 😊
As I have said, we have been astounded by the quality and quantity of your work and all the hard work you have put in. But…I think you will agree that there are some other people who have also been working super hard every day that we need to say thank you to…they’re probably sitting next to you, or at the other end of the table or even making you something to eat as you read this! Yes, your mummies and daddies!
They have also been working so very hard helping you with all your learning and sending all of your work in emails to your teachers! The year 3 team really appreciate all the fantastic things they are doing to help you every day with your learning! So that is why the shout out today is going to all the year 3 mums and dads!
If you have a spare moment this weekend, why don’t you make them a unique certificate to say thank you? You can make it as colourful and as creative as you want and make sure you give them a big hug and a thank you when you give it to them!
Thank you for everything you are doing! Keep sending all the fantastic work in!
We are all thinking of you! Stay happy and look after yourselves!
Miss Sharratt 😊
