Good morning Year 5.
We have all been blown away by your maths work since being off, compliments to you for your engagement with the work and the help you are getting at home,
We are continuing with fractions, decimal and percentages and looking at the relationship between them.
For the input of today's lesson I have recorded a video so please do watch the video and then get started on the PowerPoint and then sheets.
If you are stuck then please do email your teacher and they will get back to you as quick as they can with some pointers and help.
Don't forget to mark your work so you can see how you have got on : )
Work hard and be proud of your work!
Expectations for maths are:
- To go through the PowerPoint and answer questions (you don't need to answer every question if you understand how to complete the work)
- Varied Fluency - choose level
- RPS - choose level
- Mark the maths work against the mark scheme provided - this should be the children so they can spot their own mistakes
- THERE IS AN EXTENSION FOR YOU TO BE WORKING THROUGH TODAY
If there is time left then there is a link to the NRICH website / ttrockstars on the useful links page under year 5
