Hello everyone! Welcome back. Hope you all had a wonderful Easter and managed to stay as active as possible. Below we have some PE lessons courtesy of Shannon from Get Active. They are only about 20/30 minutes each and will help keep you fit, strong and healthy. Check them out down below!

How high can you climb?

Welcome to a new week. Hope you have been keeping as active as possible. It has been great hearing about all the different bike rides, walks, workouts and skipping you have been doing. It can be a bit tough when you can't get outside as much to exercise, so if you are struggling, don't forget to check out the links at the bottom of this page.


We also have a new challenge for you. You challenge is to see how many steps you can take throughout this week. Under here there is a document that you can use to record, as well as some targets for you to try and achieve. For example, if you walk 7,120 steps, you have walked up Mt. Snowden. If you walk 1,600 steps, you have walked up Canary Wharf. These can be steps up and down your stairs, or just steps as you walk around. Give it a go and see how high you can climb!

How many keepy ups can you do?

You may have seen some videos of people doing keepy ups with a toilet roll, due to the popularity of them during this crisis. A few of the teachers have already had a go at this below. If you fancy giving it a shot, film your best effort and email it to the sport email mentioned above. You may even be showcased here on the website.
