I know that lots of you have been enjoying taking part in the workout with Joe Wicks every morning at 9.00am. I have been doing it this week in school with the History Makers...it is good fun and is certainly a great way to start the day!
Practise your skipping and then see how many skips you can complete in a minute! Can you beat your previous score? You can email to let me know your score so I can update our chart.(Remember to hold the timer in your right hand!)
If you fancy something a little more relaxing and calm, how about exercising your mind instead. Mrs Hutchins, who comes into school every Monday to do Mindfulness sessions, has created her own YouTube page. Take a look at her page and have a go at one of her mindfulness sessions....they're great!
