We need to keep our bodies and minds healthy. So, eating and exercising is very important but so is hygiene, mindfulness and sleep. Looking after ourselves is so important – open the ‘Looking Me Ourselves’ PowerPoint and discuss each area: Exercise, food, mind, hygiene, what we wear, sleep and rest.
Activity: Children to complete the ‘Looking After You’ worksheet. They need to choose three of the ways to keep healthy and write a sentence and draw a picture to match.
