Health- having good health is a balance of many things, food, exercise, practicing good hygiene and keeping ourselves safe from harm. This includes knowing your body really well- what you can and can’t do- and testing those limits to help yourself grow stronger!
A lot of your distance learning will be done at home on the computer, for this reason, please consider your posture (how you’re sitting or standing) and your eye health! Make sure you take breaks regularly (a 5-10 minute break after 50-60 minutes is the suggested time) and that you have any screens set to an appropriate brightness to prevent eye strain and damage.
