Good morning year 3!
I hope you are all well and had a good weekend. I had a good one myself. It was my fiancees birthday on Friday so we had some socially distanced celebrations. I set up a scavenger hunt for her around our house and played some scrabble. Some of her friends also came over and dropped off some presents by the front door. They brought their dogs as well which are very cute and fluffy. We then had a curry takeaway to finish off the day. Not the healthiest choice, but very tasty. There wasn't much else we could do because of lockdown which was a bit annoying. At least the weather was nice though.
I have another riddle for you today. The answer to the last one was the letter 'm'. Today's riddle is...Where can you find cities, towns, shops and streets, but no people? I'll give you the answer later on this week.
Today's tasks are below. Don't forget to go check out the Music, MFL and PE pages as well.
Before I go, I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to your parents and carers. Children, I know you have been trying immensely hard with this distance learning, but your parents have been there with you every step of the way. They have been helping you out with your work and keeping you safe, all whilst trying their best to do their own jobs as well. Parents, from all of us, a big thank you. Distance learning wouldn't be possible without you.
Have a great day everyone,
