Day 17: Tuesday 5th May 2020

Buenos Dias,

How lovely was it to have the sun back yesterday and it looks like it is here to stay this week!

So yesterday all went well at the hospital. Here is the next picture of Baby Brooke-Read. They look very safe and cosy inside my belly and blowing us all a kiss! We are not going to find out if they are a girl or boy as we really don’t mind and there are not many things these days which are surprises so we thought why not! What do you think they look like?! I still cannot believe I am half way through this pregnancy and I have not seen any of my friends, most of my family members or you guys since I ‘announced’ it! Crazy! It’s OK though as we all need to look after each other and do what keeps us safe! I will be having one more scan at 36 weeks so fingers crossed by then Mr BR will be allowed to come!

Mr Brooke-Read was in charge of dinner tonight, he made a scrummy risotto with our wild garlic and just to show off made a parmesan crisp for the top! I was in charge of pudding and treated myself to some ‘Ben and Jerry’s’ ice cream as it was a special day (Mr BR didn’t get any of that though! Hehee!!)

Today I have added a ‘History Section’ Tuesday's page. This activity is open to the whole school and is also on the history section of the main distance learning page. The activity is called: The Covid-19 Time Capsule. Take a look to see what’s involved, again, it is not compulsory but it might be something you are interested in and it will definitely help to make history!

Have a great day, enjoy this little clip below...

Mrs Brooke-Read x

Good Morning Everyone!
