Dear Parents and children,
I hope you are all having a good week. I can't believe we are already at Wednesday the weeks seem to be going very quickly at the moment.
When we started school in September we spoke everyday about having a growth mindset and how important it is and helps us so much in reception with our learning. I hope you are all still thinking about your growth mindset and using it when you need to if you are finding things tricky. I am having to use my growth mindset lots everyday when I get worried about something and I might feel like I can't fix it but I keep going and most times I get through it and overcome it.
Here is your favourite video to watch as I know how much you love it. Ormie the pig!!
If you are worried about anything then I would love you to talk to me about those worries so I thought we could start up a class worry jar which I will keep at my house and I will add your worries to it, if you want to write them down and send them to me on Tapestry that would be great. The worries can be about anything... a few examples that my children at home have spoken to me about- When we are going to be back at school? Will my friends still be there? Will I be worried about school if we are allowed to go back soon? Will I miss my parents again?
I will make sure we can discuss all these worries as a class together, we are still a class and I am still your teacher.
I hope you all have a lovely day.
