Year 5, like every school year, is busy, action-packed and rewarding. We have exciting topics, lessons, activities and trips planned. We continue to develop our independence as learners, our growth mindsets and our resilience through making and learning from mistakes. We look forward to seeing what the year has to offer, and we want the children to have an exciting and fulfilling year.

Autumn Term Overview:
Home Learning
All homework is set on Friday afternoon and due the following Friday. This includes White Rose Infinity Maths, Spelling and SPAG. Timestables Rockstars should also be accessed regularly and Reading Records will be checked at least weekly.

PE kit days
Children should come dressed in their PE kit on PE and Games days. Children should have full school PE kit, earrings need to be taken out or taped up and watches should be removed. Please ensure your children have coats/jumpers on cooler days. PE kit days are:
- Tuesday- Games
- Thursday - 5T PE
- Friday - 5F PE
