• Christmas Shows

  We have been treated to many performances this week, all with fabulous singing, dancing and lines.  EYFS performed ‘Shine Star, Shine’, KS1 performed their nativity ‘Hey Ewe!’, and the Year 3s did their Christmas performance at the church.  A busy, but amazing week, for everyone involved!  A huge well done to all the children and staff for making these performances incredibly memorable and fantastic.

  

• Year 6 Enterprise Week

  In Year 6, enterprise week is well and truly underway! The children have made stress balls, animal pine cones, Christmas trees made from the old library books, and pom-poms. Today they are making and bagging food for the reindeer, dressed as rockstars. They are very much looking forward to the Christmas market at 2pm on Thursday 12^th December.  Many of the products will be made by the year 6s, e.g. reindeer food, hot chocolate bags, tiffins, gingerbread men, as well as Christmas trees, pompom keyrings, squishies, pine cone animals and silhouette candle jars.

  

• Christmas Tree Festival - St Peter and St Paul

  As part of the church’s Christmas Tree Festival, EYFS and KS1 went to the church and decorated 2 trees (one for EYFS and one for KS1).  All are welcome to go to the church and see it full of Christmas trees this weekend (7^th and 8^th Dec).

  

• Timestable Rockstar Launch Day

  In order to celebrate the launch of Times Table Rockstar and Numbots today, the children enjoyed a mufti day with a twist! They came to school dressed as their favourite rock stars and the costumes were outstanding. Even some of the teachers were seen rocking out in the staffroom.
