In Year 2, we celebrate every individual and provide a safe environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging. All children are provided opportunities to actively be engaged in their learning and take part in hands on activities. We are always trying our best and we know that it is okay to make mistakes because they help us with our learning.

19th September – Dahlicious dress up day

20th October- book look for parents PM

21st October - book look for parents AM

Week commencing 20th October – SEND parent meetings

4th November – Parent meetings

6th November – Parent meetings

10th December – Nativity 9.30am

11th December – Nativity 2pm  

PE

Year Two will have 2 PE sessions a week on a Monday and Wednesday. Please ensure your child comes into school on these days in the appropriate kit. Earrings need to be removed or taped over and long hair should be tied back.

READING 

The books go home on Fridays and must be handed back on the following Friday. 

Your child will take a Sharing Book and can exchange this as and when they want from the book box - please record any reading in our reading records.
